Generally speaking, The smaller the center distance for aluminum core vents, the better. it will help smooth steam heating and smooth exhaust,, but if the spacing between the core vents is too small, it will also affect the strength of the mould as well as the lifetime of the EPS mold, which requires a good balance based on the manufacturer's experience.
