The market is certainly not following any normal trends and frankly, it isn't doing very well overall. Our inventory is starting to climb in all areas and the only saving grace for Georgetown right now is that properties seem to be exiting the market.

We have seen a climb in our $1 million+ inventory, and the sales that we've seen over the past few weeks are returning to our normal trend where the majority are under a million dollars.

I am truthfully not sure where this market is going. Some properties are selling relatively quickly and then others you can't get a showing or serious buyer on. It has certainly been a bit odd for what is historically our busiest month that fuels the spring market. Hopefully by April we can sort out some uncertainty of what's happening with our neighbours below and confidence can return to our market.
