Turmeric Tea | Turmeric Tea Recipe Using Fresh Turmeric Root

Turmeric Tea, also known as "golden tea," is a popular beverage with numerous health benefits. To make Turmeric Tea using fresh turmeric root, you can follow these steps: Boil the fresh turmeric root with water and simmer for 5-10 minutes. You can also add other ingredients to enhance the flavor and health benefits, such as black pepper, ginger, lemon, honey or maple syrup(or sweetener of your choice). You can also experiment with additional flavors like basil or tulsi leaves.

While turmeric, pepper, honey/maple syrup, and lemon can generate warmth in the body, consuming them in moderation should not adversely affect your health.
