1970 454 Chevelle SS Convertible Tremec TKX 5 Speed Upgrade Nightmares overcome! It's complete!

You've heard us say this before again and again, any job worth doing is worth doing twice. Well in the case it's not just worth doing twice it's worth doing 5 or 6 times just to make sure everything is completely correct and won't cause issues down the line. We certainly aren't the best in the business, and even we have complications and mistakes, and we'll freely admit and show them to all of you. Several people made comments in reference to the extremely specific tolerances the Tremec TKX calls for so first off, let's check to see exactly where we are.

After a lot of work and frustration, it's done. Finally. Welcome to Hot Rodding huh? What initially was just a "couple days" worth of work, and with all the parts preordered and ready to go even WE run into complications and issues. That's just how it goes. Adapt and overcome. Stick with it don't give up and in the end you'll pull out the win. This 1970 Chevelle SS was a great car before we got our hands on it, and it's an even greater car now for SURE.
