Productivity workflows with Google Keep OCR code capture, Automation Workshop & Greenshot
Workflow 1.
Screencapture to 2 directories- Today & Yesterday. Use GreenShot (Free Screencapture tool) to send Screencaptures to Todays directory.
Free version Fabooti Automation Workflow- Run 2 tasks:
Task 1. Clear folder of Yesterdays Images
task 2. Move Todays Images to Yesterday Folder.
This helps with only having current day images in Today folder so quick to find images for uploading for web posts.

Workflow 2. Images with code or YouTube videos with code but no attached file of code. Use Google Keep OCR to capture code to edit.
Take Screenshot of code and upload to keep tab in Firefox into new note. Once in Keep use the OCR to get text from image.
Use image above to edit text below so that you get coding correct-
You can check code by copying into Notepad++ and saving as code file type to check code structure correct.
Use uploaded code from Keep to put into programmes.
