Five33 TinyTrainer - Flight Footage

Here is a quick flight of the TinyTrainer that I built. Special thanks to Boostinjdm from RCGroups for designing a mount that would protect the Toothless 2 Nano Starlight camera and, for his help with the tune. The suggested pro tune for the TinyTrainer was no good for me (but, they are recommending different motors now). You can follow along in Boostinjdm's TinyTrainer thread:

This is running Betaflight 4.2.2 with JESC 2.3 24kHz for RPM filters. I still have to calibrate the voltage and current scales properly. While it flies well (with Boostinjdm's tune), it doesn't seem to be very efficient for my flying style. It was very windy though.

With all the 3D printed parts, it is just a little too heavy for the Kv of the motors. I'll try lightening it up a bit, and lower pitch props to see if they help.

I'm very impressed with the Toothless2 Nano camera and the Rush Tiny Tank VTx (only on 25mW here). The camera does look a little blurry here but, that is only because it was starting to rain again (I conformal coated all of the electronics anyway).
