After using multiple vinyl restoration products, I found this to be the best bang for the buck. Easy to apply. It is more like a liquid clear coat rather than a conditioner; which look great at first but doesn't last....Process - Wet the surface and medium-grade scotch bright pad. Rub gently over vinyl until a milky residue begins to appear. Wipe clean and apply Rejuvenate with a micro fiber cloth following the instructions on the bottle. Enjoy!
