Well first of all, this isn't ALL the QTEs failed, it's just the ones that are interesting. There's a few that are reused and some that are just Raiden falling to his death that I left out because they weren't interesting. And some of the QTEs that involve button mashing can't even be failed, it either continues with the QTE or doesn't until you button mash enough. I demonstrated this with Metal Gear RAY in the video and tried to avoid it anywhere else.

I also included special attacks from bosses that lead to cinematic attacks like Sam's various attacks, as well as counters. And I had the last QTE fail be that slider one because it takes about a full minute before the game finally kills you for it, which is funny to me so thought it'd be a good one to end on.

I tried putting quotations on the "hardest" QTE timestamp because some of you people have apparently never heard of sarcasm before.
