October 2025 - procrastination no more! I visited the Honolulu.gov site for the proper way to dispose of bulky items.

While I donate my clothing, there are a few items that don’t go to my building’s trash bin. I could call for a Bulky Trash pick up though wanted to experience the an IRL drop off.

As I sat in the line of cars, I knew I’d done it before. It has been a while and while I know my trash is welcome it’s more of “which bin though?’”

Thankfully the Security at the entrance is knowledgeable to Yay or Nay what people drive in. It was a good morning!

It was pretty quick. I’d suggest a morning drop off to enjoy the cool weather versus the afternoon sun. Carry a pleasant attitude as Security is also doing their job to help us 👍🏼
