Is it really a bug of Angler, which it's ability won't end?

Well, I heard about this before.

But this player seems to exploit it and get advantage from it.

How can a level 7 bot and level 4 Daltokki Drone do this kind of damage? His max raw damage record is 13.9M!

(He could use his weapons during Electric Shift ability.)

And even this Angler is during Electric Shift ability, we couldn't capture the beacon if he was there!

He is definitely exploiting bugs!
