FP Moldable Insoles: Best Insoles for Skating?

I bought the Moldable Hi Profile Kingfoam Elite Insoles to protect my feet from heel bruises. Are they better than your average insoles?

Correction: I would recommend only heating at 200F for less than 10 minutes, depending on the power of your oven.
