Yard and Landscaping:
Trim Vegetation: Keep trees, bushes, and plants trimmed and away from the house.
Lawn Care: Maintain the lawn by mowing, raking, and removing debris.
Driveway and Walkways:
Check for Cracks: Inspect and repair any cracks or uneven areas.
Clean: Pressure wash driveways and walkways to remove dirt and stains.
Decks and Patios:
Inspect Woodwork: Check for loose or damaged boards.
Railings: Ensure all railings are secure.
Additional Tips:
Provide Access: Ensure keys for all locked areas are available for the inspector.
