TTC 2006 Orion VII’s 7900-7979 Retirement Video

TTC’s 7900 Orion VII Fleet was built and delivered to the TTC in 2006. The 80 units were numbered 7900-7979. These buses operated out of Arrow, Eglinton, Wilson, Birchmount and Queensway Garage where they ultimately retired.

March 4th 2024 marked the final day of revenue service for these buses with #7941 being the last unit out, operating on the 40 Junction-Dundas West Route. The other two last units were #7923 and #7930.

With the retirement of the 79’s, Wilson’s Orion VII NG Fleet of 8100-8219 have transferred over to Queensway in the last couple of months.
