Eagle 20's is a budget brand of cigarettes currently owned and produced by the Liggett Group, which today is a budget cigarette manufacturer.

Unsurprisingly, since this is a budget nameplate, other than what I just said, I know nothing about the history of these, nor when they were first introduced, and while I could speak on conjecture, I feel it might be best not to do so.
