Some short tutorial of making a wind turbine from stuff bought at local hardware store. The cost is around $30.
It works very nice and rotates even in light breeze.
Initially, it was a "toy" for my son. He likes everything spinning. Especially large wind turbines - the three blades ones. So we had to have one in the garden :)
