Perichoresis, Unity, and Diversity

Описание к видео Perichoresis, Unity, and Diversity

Lane Tipton unpacks Van Til's description of the persons of the Trinity as mutually exhaustive of one another. Whereas relations of subsistence bring into view each Trinitarian person subsisting distinctly as the undivided essence of God, the mutual exhaustion of the persons refers to relations of coinherence or perichoresis wherein each person indwells the other persons. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit eternally and entirely embrace and permeate one another without losing their personal identities.
