Following on from our previous video on flaxseed there has once again been some concern over a component of flaxseed called cyanogenic glycoside which forms hydrogen cyanide. There has also been concerns raised over flaxseed’s estrogen properties with regards to hormonal cancers such as breast, prostate and endometrium cancers. So should we be avoiding flaxseeds? Why are some doctors recommending we consume flaxseed everyday? Are flaxseeds safe and healthy for us? What is SDG and why is it so significant well let’s try and answer these questions….
