From 2018: Daystar, which provides care for medically fragile children, challenged 13WHAM staff to take part in The Dashing for Daystar challenge -- encouraging people in the Rochester area and beyond to pay $10, run a 40-yard dash at work, then post it to social media with the hashtag #dashingfordaystar and challenge others to do the same.

Doug Emblidge, Alexis Arnold, Jennifer Johnson and Ashley Doerzbacher were among the racers.
