Little Kiwi is one of the temporary residents of Tolga Bat Hospital in Atherton, Far North Queensland.
She's too young to be released at the moment since she's a very late season baby and has no age mates. She'll be in care till next season.

She doesn't seem to be able to invert to go to the toilet, so she does it all over herself. I'm not sure what that's all about or if it will improve or if this is just going to be her way of evacuating.
I don't live or work in this aviary; I was only visiting for the day.
