In this video, we discuss NLP Reframing. I created the video in response to a question from Chaos Wave subscriber NLP Study:

"Hey, I don't know how much you are into reframing, but whenever I try it on myself I can't feel any response. Do you think you know what could be happening?"

In the video, I outline how reframing works, along with what usually gets in the way when using it in self-application. I also discuss 'black path' and white path' approaches in brief (though I will be expanding upon this more later.
