Using a controller, the machine gets slot spins without the use of Pachinko balls. The aftermarket audio control knobs make this machine much quieter than normal, ideal for at-home play.

While in the Tower of Slumber, the game counts down 150 slot spins. If the player gets 2 of a kind numbers, it goes into a Reach event. If the player wins, they get a new set of 150 slot spins, and climb another floor of the tower.

If the player runs out of slot spins without getting a reach event, the game treats it as defeat and the score card is displayed before the usual town locations are displayed and the progress is reset to the starting point.
