Ingredients for this recipe:
Buff meat (Head & Leg) = 3.5 Kg
Ginger Paste = 3 tbsp
Garlic Paste = 3 tbsp
Bay leaves = 3 pcs.
Cinnamon = 3 pcs.
Cardamom = 4 pcs.
Salt = as per taste
Turmeric Powder = 3 tsp
Cumin powder = 6 tsp
Cumin seeds = 2 tsp
Roasted Mustard Oil = 250 ml
Small Dry Fish = 20-25 pcs.
Jhamsi / Lemon = 4-5 pcs.
Red Chilli powder = 2-3 tbsp

This special buff meat recipe is made in winter season in newari community. Its jelly like texture is so yummy and taste is amazing, little sour little hot.
I have prepared this recipe in traditional way to give the original flavor of Takha.
