During lobster season, I found an enormous lobster that I just could not get out of a small cave yet right next to it was a big scorpionfish. Since I didn’t have my spear on me, just a knife, I decided to go ahead and use the knife to stabbed in the head so that I could read take it out of the cave carefully.

Somehow, I was very lucky and put a killshot on it died immediately no pain or anything brought it out.

The flesh on a scorpionfish is absolutely a beautiful white and is delicious. I cooked it with 3 different spices: Paradise Grind, Volcano Grind, and Lemon Pepper. The first 2 grinds are from the amazing ‪@alohaspicecompany2292‬ !

All of the spices were tasty but one stood above the rest!
