Electric Love Messiah was an iconic hair metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1984, known for their electrifying guitar riffs, anthemic choruses, and flamboyant stage presence. The band quickly rose to fame with their debut album, "Electric Love Messiah” 1986), which included hits like "Turn Me On” and the huge “Crushed Velvet and Stilettos”. Capturing the essence of the glam rock era. Their follow-up album, "Scream at the Devil” (1989), solidified their status in the music scene, featuring fan favorites like "Rock You (Til You Beg For More)” and the power ballad “Give You All My Heart”. In addition to their studio work, Electric Love Messiah released a well-received soundtrack EP for the cult classic action film “Duke Danger” showcasing their MTV-ready aesthetics and catchy hooks. However, as the grunge movement emerged in the early 90s, the band's popularity waned, leading to their split in 1992. Despite their short-lived career, Electric Love Messiah left an indelible mark on the hair metal genre, influencing a myriad of bands and leaving fans longing for a reunion.
