Custom Animations in PowerPoint for OBS

You can create custom animations in PowerPoint to be used as overlays in OBS. A few months ago I advised against making animations in PowerPoint since you couldn't export with a transparent background. But, using the Chroma Key filter in OBS makes this possible (with a few rules to follow).
