The cutting process consists in place a mother roll on the rollers and reducing the material to the customer’s desired width.

With this slitting system in the video, you can cut diverse materials such as PVC of different widths and thicknesses, PET, film, polyethylene, polypropylene, PS or paper.

The obtained material is destined for the food, agriculture, aeronautic, aerospace industries, as well as any activity that requires laminates of plastic. The materials obtained are used to manufacture greenhouses, irrigation ponds, thermal blankets, crop systems, baling, shrink-wrapped, blinds, etc.
The machine shown in the video is a manual model capable of slicing plastic rolls of up to 500mm in diameter. ‪@LidemMachines‬ also offers automatic machines for larger diameters and length of coils.
