Transmap imagery base for Intersection design

How to use the Transmap web site to select property boundaries and aerial imagery, print screen, trim the prints with GIMP, convert to .jpg, assemble the prints in a LibreCAD layer and register the prints, scale the layer.
Post Script: This is a description of assembling the aerial photography as a base for the layout design. It probably has limited value, but note that usually any vertical issues do not require major reconstruction for a 2-phase layout, simply paving medians and similar minor paving. Anyone can do a layout design with free software such as GIMP and LibreCAD as at:
