Viners turned musicians, Jack Gilinsky and Jack Johnson, known by their stage name, Jack & Jack, got themselves into a little situation after one of them was put into handcuffs. 20-year old Gilinsky, apparently walked out of a store in the Los Angeles airport wearing a sweatshirt that he didn’t pay for. And Jack Johnson, well he decided to document the whole thing on Snapchat.

Apparently, Gilinsky offered to pay three times the amount of the sweatshirt to get him off the hook, but the manager of the store was NOT having it and called police.

It didn’t take long for fans to show their support. The hashtag Free Gilinsky began trending on Twitter, A-TON of hilarious memes were created, and even Viner, Cameron Dallas tweeted out the hashtag in support of the cause.

Later Jack Johnson, still snapping his way through the day- even yelling “Free Gilinsky at a Los Angeles Police station- bailed his buddy out of jail on a 5-thousand-dollar bond. However, he will be due back in court on October 14th.
