If you want collaboration instead of resistance, you have to speak in the language of shared values, not just logic. Whether someone prioritises freedom, responsibility, fairness, or security, how you frame the conversation determines whether it opens or shuts down.

These tools require practice, but they change everything once you learn to use them.
