hey everyone, this is Mike. I've been wanting to make this video for awhile, ever since I started watching Adventure Time a few months ago. I recently finished it and watched Distant Lands and couldn't help but bawl my eyes out. Anyway, while watching Adventure Time I couldn't help but notice the similarities between it and Legend of Zelda. It has clear inspiration from multiple aspects of LOZ, like the themes and characters. Link and Finn, Princess Bubblegum and Princess Zelda, The Lich and Ganondorf. Themes of growing up, responsibility, the bitter-sweetness of childhood innocence not lasting forever.
