In this video, we are going to execute a coffee roasting plan from beginning to end. In my last video "Roasting With Intention" - Putting Together A Coffee Roasting Plan, we started putting together a roasting plan on paper. We discussed the how, why, and when so we could craft a beautiful Dominican Republic Ramirez Organic coffee from the Coffee Bean Corral.

This is part 2 of that roasting plan. You will see the entire roast from beginning to end while I explain basic roasting concepts, power changes, and air changes. We talked about roasting defects, how to measure roast level, and finally, drink the coffee.

I'm using Artisan to log this roast. I am also manually logging this roast with the Coffee Roasting Profile Worksheet. This is an updated version of the worksheet, which is available for free at buymeacoffee.com/virtualcoffeelab/extras
