Jen Lillian’s business journey began back in Shanghai China 2012, where she set up and ran two award-winning indoor cycling studios which were, at the time, the first in all of China. After being an expat for 7 years, she returned back to the UK and expanded her empire on home turf, and added another 2 indoor cycling studios to her business portfolio. In August 2015 was the birth of her little boy Oscar and she transformed her working lifestyle by setting up an online business to accommodate for the change. The freedom and flexibility of being an online business coach allowed her to enjoy being a mum at the same time.
