The situation in Dhaka after PM Sheik Hasina's resignation

After weeks of deadly unrest, Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and fled the country on Monday (Aug 5). Hundreds of demonstrators stormed and ransacked her official residence in capital Dhaka, while the military has said it would form an interim government.
