#Puranpoli# or you can call it as sweet dal stuffing thin paratha. This is originated in Maharashtra .As though it has different variation in overall India.People call it by different name but recipes are some kind of same.

Traditionally making puranpoli is very hectic job.To prepare only stuffing(puran) we need to spend at least an hour.But in this video we showed very quick way to prepare puran(just 10 mins).

Traditionally in Maharashtra to make dough ,some people use all purpose flour and wheat flour,here in video i used only wheat flour.You may use half quantity of wheat flour and half quantity all purpose flour.

For sweetness i use jaggrey i.e. raw sugar ,you may find it in any Indian grocery stores or you can use sugar instead of jaggery.

Traditionally in Maharashtra ,they use more oil to roll puranpoli or we can call it as tel poli , here i use flour to roll puranpoli ,a healthier version of puranpoli. I tried to use less oil everywhere .
