we finished a headline tour jan-feb 2020 and had planned to lock ourselves in the studio for a month and make as much music as we could. we flew out one of our best friends and favorite collaborators keith varon in march, however as we all know the world turned upside down in march and plans changed. however, we did write a few songs during the 8 or 9 days keith was here and this was one of them. this song is just about knowing someone so well and them acting out of character.
