Intel ARC A380 6GB - The first Intel Arc gpus release price specs and gaming benchmark revealed!
Today, the gpu news is very interesting, infact the Intel has announced the availability of the Arc A380 6gb gpu, the first desktop model based on the Intel Xe HPG microarchitecture.
According to the new Intel Arc desktop graphic cards lineup should composed by eight gpus including A310, A350, A380, A580, A750, A770 and Arc A780.
The new Arc A380 graphic card specifications features the ACM-G11 GPU, 8 xe cores, 8 ray tracing units, 128 Intel Xe Matrix Extensions Engines, 128 Xe Vector Engines, 6 gb of gddr6 memory operating at 16 Gbps, 2000 Mhz of base clock, 192 GB/s of memoy bandwidth and a tbp of 75 W.
Intel has reported that the arc 380 gpu is destined for mainstream gamers and content creators.
In this way, during the presentation it has showed some first gaming benchmarks results.
The Arc a380 6gb board was compared to the amd counterpart rx 6400 4gb .
Both gpus were tested with the same system configuration features Windows 11 Version 10.0.22000.675, as processor the Intel Core i5-12600K, 32 Gb in two 16 Gb dimm (2x16GB) of DDR4 memory operating at 3200MHz, the MP600 PRO XT 4TB as Storage. and the MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4 motherboard.
On the Intel benchmarks test was used the latest Intel Graphics Driver (30.0.101.1735)
The gpu was tested at 1080p resolution and medium settings presets on various games such as Pugb Battlegrounds, World of worcraft: Shadowlands, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Overwatch, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Dota 2, guaranting over 60 fps.
The Intel Arc A380 GPU with 6 Gb of gddr6 memory will be release from this month starting from China and globaly during this summer at retail price of 1,030 yuan at 153 USD exchange rate.
The distribution of the new desktop card will involve various partners such as Acer, ASUS, Gigabyte, HP, and MSI and GUNNIR.
At announcement, it was unveiled the first intel arc custom board partner, the GUNNIR Intel Arc A380 Photon 6G OC graphic card and teasered the next Intel arc a770 gpu.
