“Dil Mein Ho Tum Aankhon Mein Tum...Jaanu Mere Jaanu (JANO MERI JANO)” - One of the sweetest melodious compositions of Bappi Lahiri. A song which would never age! The legendary singer from south India, S. Janaki (Sistla Janaki) did terrific singing in this female version. Soulful and mesmerizing rendition by S. Janaki, many may have mistaken the voice for Asha Bhosle. And the beautiful lyrics by Farooq Qaiser (Faruk Kaiser) took the song to greater heights. On-screen actors were the beautiful Anita Raj and handsome Vinod Khanna. Asha Bhosle has sung the Bengali version “Chirodini Tumi Je Aamar” from the 1987 Bengali film "Amar Sangi" (Music: Bappi Lahiri); and Kishore Kumar has sung the male version in the Bengali version. In the Hindi version (Satyamev Jayate), Bappi Lahiri has sung the male version of this song. The first two lines of the song “Dil Mein Ho Tum” of 2019 film “Why Cheat India” are inspired from the Bappi Lahiri’s original composition “Dil Mein Ho Tum”. Composer Rochak Kohli recreated it for “Why Cheat India”.

Presenting a vinyl extract from SATYAMEV JAYATE OST 12”, OST 33 1⁄3 R.P.M. LP record (SFLP 1212) published on T-Series in 1987. Unfortunately, the sound quality on the LP is not that great, perhaps T-Series was by then more into digital format platform and neglected the sound quality aspect during records pressing. The current copyrights of the soundtrack are with T-Series.
