Process Highlights:
1. Ultrasonic Steel Plate Inspection
Automated ultrasonic testing system performs zone-by-zone non-destructive inspection of raw steel plates, ensuring elimination of inclusions, cracks, and other defects.
2. Edge Milling
High-precision edge milling machine processes welding edges to meet beveling requirements, guaranteeing consistent weld quality.
3. Pre-bending and Forming
Unmanned pre-bending machine performs precise angular compression bending on both sides of the steel plate. The J-C-O forming machine then progressively shapes the plate into "J," "C," and "O" configurations, achieving high-precision pre-forming.
4. Gap Closure and Tack Welding
Automatic gap closure equipment seals and positions the open steel pipe, followed by submerged arc tack welding to prepare for subsequent welding operations.
5. Inner and Outer Welding
Multi-wire submerged arc welding system performs dual-sided high-strength welding, ensuring dense welds with high strength and absence of slag inclusions and porosity.
6. Shot Blasting and Rust Removal
Surface shot blasting treatment to enhance anti-corrosion coating adhesion, achieving Sa2.5 standard grade.
7. 3LPE/3LPP Anti-corrosion Coating
Three-layer polyethylene/polypropylene structure (epoxy primer + adhesive layer + polymer layer) provides superior corrosion resistance, enhancing pipe weather resistance, wear resistance, and service life.
8. Water Quenching
Water quenching process controls pipe microstructure and hardness, improving overall mechanical properties of the finished product.
