Edgeland House by Bercy Chen Studio is one of North America’s most unique examples of landform architecture.
Inspired by the ancient Native American pit houses, the home is nestled within the earth — creating a seamless relationship between land, architecture, and climate.

The structure is split into two linear wings — living and sleeping — separated by a glass corridor that frames the Texas landscape. Its green roof, planted with over 40 native species, not only restores biodiversity but also regulates temperature naturally.
