Challenge 1: Step Into Salamander Mode
Do one thing this week that makes you feel slightly uncomfortable but moves you forward. Have the conversation. Try the new experience. Say yes to something that stretches you. Notice what comes up emotionally and write it down.
Challenge 2: Shift Your Perspective
Think about one belief you have about your parent or upbringing. Ask yourself, “What might I be missing about their story?” Journal or reflect on their life before you were born. Practice seeing them as a human being first, not just your parent.
Challenge 3: Create an Experience
Instead of buying something, create a meaningful experience for someone you love. It does not have to be expensive. It just has to be intentional. Focus on connection over consumption. Pay attention to how it impacts you and them.
