Kavimane
Kavimane means House of the poet in the Kannada language. Kavimane is the ancestral house of Kuvempu.The house is soaked in greenery everywhere.
It is a two-storeyed red tiled house where Kuvempu spent most of his childhood. This house has now been renovated and converted into a museum Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Pratishtana (a trust dedicated to Kuvempu).
The architecture of the house is what is locally called as Thotti Mane, in which the house consists of a central square area resembling a Thotti (pond) that is open to the sky and surrounded by a courtyard.
This house is open on all days of the year from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
There is an entry fee of 10 Rupees for adults and for children over the age of 10.
There is a small room next to house which showcases different agricultural items used during his period.

Kavishaila
Kavishaila is a rock monument made of megalithic rocks which is dedicated to Kuvempu. It is located on the top of a small hill .The rocks have been arranged in a circular fashion to resemble the Stonehenge in England.
At the centre of this rock monument is the place where Kuvempu was laid to rest after his death and a memorial has been constructed at that location called “Kavisamadhi”.


ಕವಿಮನೆ
ಕವಿಮನೆ ಕುವೆಂಪು ಅವರ ಪೂರ್ವಜರ ಮನೆ.
ಇದು ಎರಡು ಅಂತಸ್ತಿನ ಕೆಂಪು ಹೆಂಚುಗಳ ಮನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕುವೆಂಪು ತನ್ನ ಬಾಲ್ಯದ ಬಹುಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದರು.
ಈ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಈಗ ನವೀಕರಿಸಿ ವಸ್ತು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಾಲಯವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕುವೆಂಪು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಮನೆ ವರ್ಷದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9:00 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 6:30 ರವರೆಗೆ ತೆರೆದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ವಯಸ್ಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು 10 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ 10 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವಿದೆ.

ಕವಿಶೈಲ
ಕವಿಶೈಲ ಬೃಹತ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಬಂಡೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಮಾರಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಕುವೆಂಪುಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದು ಕುಪ್ಪಳ್ಳಿಯ ಸಣ್ಣ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ತುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡಿನ ಸ್ಟೋನ್‌ಹೆಂಜ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹೋಲುವಂತೆ ಬಂಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ವೃತ್ತಾಕಾರದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಶಿಲಾ ಸ್ಮಾರಕದ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುವೆಂಪು ಸಮಾಧಿ ಇದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ “ಕವಿಸಮಾಧಿ” ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಮಾರಕವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Bangalore.
