This video introduces the Three Circle model from Compassion Focused Therapy, founded by Professor Paul Gilbert.

The video was originally used during a pilot of the Living in Recovery program, a compassion focused program for injured workers developed by Dr Jamin Day from the University of Newcastle, Australia and Dr James Kirby from the University of Queensland, Australia. Development of the pilot was funded through the icare foundation's WorkUp initiative (Insurance and Care, NSW). icare provide workers compensation insurance to thousands of workers in NSW, Australia.

Presented by Dr Stan Steindl, clinical psychologist and Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Psychology at the University of Queensland.
