COLOR ALONG / The White Stag From Mythomorphia By Kerby Rosanes - PART 1: The Background

Hello rainbows! It’s been a minute 😊 summer is here!
I recently posted a pic on Instagram of a finished page in Mythomorphia by Kerby Rosanes (the two-page spread with the beautiful seaturtle), and I’ve recieved tons of requests on how I did the background – thank you for the support btw 😉
I decided to do a time lapse video showing you what method I used to create the look – I can’t duplicate it, as I don’t have another copy of the seaturtle page, so I chose another fantastic page in Mythomorphia.
The procedure is the same minus the underwater theme. I kept the left side darker as I wanted it to look like a night sky – the right side is where the sun shines through and creates the beautiful streaks.
