Uber Lilith damage output of updated build/slightly better gear (note that I don't even use shadow clone for first phase since it's usually so fast)    • Diablo4: Uber Lilith Boss Fight Best Phase...  
Well rolled rare gloves with the barrier damage aspect will outperform grasp of shadow when combined with temerity. Maxed fists of fate are also ok.
Lucky hit on rings is important, not mentioned in video, realized later.

For Lilith, replacing shadow clone with poison trap and clone aspect with edgemaster is also an alternative I've used a lot, due to stagger being so important in P2.
You can also replace concealment with shadow step for even more Lilith stagger, but you need to pre-dash when chased by fireballs and she's about to pull.
I have killed her, or been to single digit Lilith HP % with all these variants, so both the clone/trap/shadowstep variants all work and are probably down to gear/preference.
Fists of fate if well rolled give extremely good stagger for phase2.

Post cdr nerf, I have been using preparation for clearing to keep shadow clone up and inner sight on Lilith/single target.
