Actually a bit of a tricky one in the mixing process, maybe because there was a bit of pressure attached to it, End of the Line was one of my more popular tracks from evi2 and it's the first not-ambient piece on the album so it felt especially important to do it justice. I think the making of this arrangement made me realise how much I enjoy playing clean guitar parts, since my past work hasn't really involved much of that compared to the typical overdriven metal guitars, so it's something to explore further in the future, since nowadays I like to think of myself as an "ok" guitarist rather than a terrible one :)

The special thing with this arrangement is the vocals, when I eventually got around to adding the choirs, I didn't feel that the VST was really doing justice to the track in the parts where it becomes more of a melodic part rather than just padded chords, so I decided to give it a try myself! In the early parts, it's my voice mixed with a VST female choir, but in the final part that foreshadows the album's title track, it's just my voice, a high octave and low octave.
