He chose the TRUGLO TFX PRO sights with Tritium and fiberoptic vials.

In this video he shoots with the new sights and lets you know what difference they made. The package states that these sights are compatible with H&K VP9, VP40, P30, P30SK, P30L, 45, and 45 Tactical (including compact).
