This is yet again another video from Willimantic Police Departments worst officer here in Connecticut. And yet again here he is stopping a car for a minor traffic infraction and calling for a dog within a minute or 2 of the stop, for absolutely no real reason. Just for what he makes up in his head, nothing pointed in that very short period before he called for a dog that they had drugs, or were imparted? This guy is the biggest threat and hazard to public safety and health in this town, and he really belongs in jail. Like honestly anyone else doing what he does, and committing crimes on the scale he is would be in jail for a long, long time. And yet he wont be because he protected by these corrupt higher ups at the pd, the mayor Tom Devivo, the union. You know the same things keeping them safe in every town or city in the US. This fool who literally sits there and asks the same ?'s over and over just trying to catch you in a lie so he can then harp on that is astonishing because a he lies more than anyone, and b we saw how he refused to tell the guy a second time while he was stopped? He's a maggot. people need to stop letting these guys do this crap, guess what? They're gonna do it either way, so make them do it. Once you consent you're hit. And as we know most people are to afraid to go file complaints against em. But this fool seems to have no real skill set, he just pulls people over for minor things and claims they have drugs and calls for a dog, and as we see he is wrong quite a lot. He embarrasses, harasses, and targets people for no real reason other than he "thinks" they're doing something wrong. But this has been how the Willimantic PD has been operating for a long, long time. This fool didn't decide to just start acting like this, they train them like this, and to do these things. They literally train them to violate rights and break laws. But as always this is for news and educational purposes, this is why its imperative to know and understand your rights, and not just your rights but the laws. Because these guys surely don't know them, and even "if" they did, if they know you don't they will take advantage of you every single time. And the public needs to be aware of what is happening all around them on a daily basis. This is not a, oh we make mistakes here and there department, this is a we are violating the laws and citizens rights on a daily basis department and it seems like this is how every department in CT operates, not just Willi.
