We won't be forgetting Ngwempisi Wilderness any time soon....

What an incredible setting with breathtaking views across the valley and a proper 4x4 bushwacking trek down to the river and what can only be described as our Pot of Gold! Our very own beach, crystal clear water, shelter under the trees...this is a place where you leave the worries of the world behind.

It was a fitting send off to what has been an unbelievable couple days in Eswatini - it's a country that delivers off the charts raw beauty and fully deserves to be on your adventure list.

From Ngwempisi we drove down to the Luvumisa Border Crossing and back into South Africa - what lay ahead was a night that has been in the making for the past two seasons! Just outside Mkuze Game Reserve, Nunu Jobe, the Barefoot Rhino Whisperer, has a special camp on his ancestral land called Bush Babies. This is authentic wild camping - with the dense forest being cut back to create our camp sites. It was good to see Nunu again BUT I brought friends...

Yep, you guessed it - what lay ahead was the perfect night of friendship forged by fire as Kevin laid on the most incredible bespoke bush braai experience...the best steak I have ever eaten with the laughter and banter carrying on long into the night.

What a wonderful world...
