On Campr we have certainly done plenty of beach drives ….Fraser, Moreton, Evans Head Bribie ..to name a few and every time we go any where we tell you to drop your tyre pressures.

Very rarely do we ever talk about pumping them up again which is enormously important. It’s not only really bad for your tyres to drive on the bitumen or low tide sand with under inflated tyres ...it’s also incredibly dangerous.

If you're planning on doing any serious or regular 4WD driving….I would encourage you to buy a small air compressor ...they don’t take up much room and they will cover off on a myriad of jobs and keep you, safe at the same time.
