HOW TO USE
After ordering and receiving the software, extract is using password sent separately.

Create a copy of the DataEntry System for each class.

On Class Teacher sheet, the students details are added. Class teacher may adjust the grading and auto comment settings as well and specify whether there was an 80% summative assessment was done that term or not.

Other subject teachers enter only the scores for activities of integration done per topic and comments on the respective subject tabs. Some comments are now automated but teacher can overide. Also, teacher can easily enter generic skills by selecting from several customisable options available.


After the data entry, you can open the Report System and connect it to the DataEntry System and then customise your report design before generating the reports using the mailings feature. You need to edit the report card to include the details of the topics and competencies as laid out in the syllabus books. You can use the summary sheet for printouts of results sheet. Feel free to format it and delete columns you may not need before printing.
